Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 3rd day of March, 1987, at 11:00. a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance en-trance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State and Main, Farm-ngton, Farm-ngton, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by ICA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A California Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust maded by WILLIAM - J. ECCLESTON and KATHLEEN A. ECCLESTON, EC-CLESTON, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded March 5, 1986 as Entry No. 0728832, in Book 1077, at Page 152, of the official records of Davis County, Coun-ty, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of NEWTREND MORTGAGE, MOR-TGAGE, INC., by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby.
