Show NOTICE OF FILING OF TRANSFER OF CLASS D ALLOTMENT BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested in-terested will please take notice that there has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Weber Basin Water Wa-ter Conservancy District, Dis-trict, petitions applying ap-plying for the transfer of an allotment of Weber We-ber Basin water from lands in Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, Davis County, Utah, and Sections 24 and 35, Township 2 North, Range 1 West " Salt Lake Base and Meridian. A copy of the petitions for the transfer containing the description of lands to! which such water has heretofore been allotted allot-ted and the lands to which it is proposed the said water be transferred trans-ferred and the terms and conditions of which the transfer is petitioned for is on file in the office of the Weber We-ber Basin Water Conservancy Con-servancy District, Layton, Utah, for public pub-lic inspection. The name of the petitioners and the amount of water, wa-ter, in acre-feet, for which the transfer applies ap-plies is as follows: Arnell E. Heaps and MKC Construction Con-struction Co. 12.6, a.f. Dale W. Ford, 26.5 a.f. The Board of Directors Direc-tors of the District will meet in public session at District Headquarters, Headquar-ters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah, at 9:00 A.M., Friday, February 27, 1987, to consider said petitions and any and all objections objec-tions that may be presented pre-sented in writing by any person showing cause why said petitions peti-tions for transfer should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof, should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent as-sent on his part to the granting of said petition. peti-tion. The Board will at such meeting, or at a subsequent meeting adjourned therefrom, accept or reject the petition. Ivan W.
