Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front foor of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, on the 3rd day of March, . 1987, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: All of Lot 21, DIAMOND DI-AMOND HILLS NO. 1, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section Sec-tion 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 726 N. Di-amond Di-amond Street, Layton, Utah 84041. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed proceedings is dated January 21, 1981, and was executed ex-ecuted by JOHN B. SARTOR and ANNETTE SARTOR, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of UTAH HOUSING FINANCE FI-NANCE AGENCY, the present Beneficiary. Benefici-ary.
