Show WX seniors celebrate By SARA WILSON The Wildcat Senior Class Officers Offic-ers are continuing the Woods Cross Tradition of Excellence with their outstanding job on Senior Week and Senior Ball 1987. The week's activities, with its dress up days and assembly turned out extremely successful, along with the Senior Ball, "Somewhere Out There" held Saturday, Jan. 24. We congratulate this year's fine officers, Vaughn Elkins-president, Dale Bowen-vice president, and Jina Sanone-secretary, on an excellent ex-cellent job representing WX, and the class of 1987. Senior Ball Royalty for 1987 is as follows: Angie Jackson, queen; Brian Montgomery, King; Jina Sanone and Dennis Jackson, first ottpnHo nt c Ami Piprsnlp 9nH T in Dally, second attendants; Suzanne Selos and Matt Watson, third attendants. The Wildcat Student of the Week is outstanding senior Linda Mate. Linda is a captain of the successful suc-cessful Woods Cross Swim team this year, and puts in a great deal of hard work and dedication. She is a very competitive swimmer in the individual medley and the breast-stroke, breast-stroke, placing within the top four in each event at Regionals. Linda also plays tennis and was a member of the WX team at the beginning be-ginning of this year. Furthermore, Linda excells academically as a member of the National Honor Society, with a variety of concurrent concur-rent enrollment college classes.
