Show 45 Alpine Stake Boy Scouts To Leave Monday For Camp Timpanogos A full quota consisting of 45 Boy Scouts including four scout masters from the Alpine Stake are leaving Monday, July 15, for Camp Tinnpano-gos Tinnpano-gos in Provo canyon, where they will enjoy a week's outing, returning Saturday, July 20. This is the first time Alpine Stake has sent its full quota to the boys' camp. The American Fork First ward has registered the largest number of scouts to attend, their number being fifteen. Thi second ward has ten, Alpine, six, tho Third ward and Highland High-land both have five and the Fourth ward has four. Alpine, the First, Second and Highland wardH have scout masters attending. Scout Executive A. A. Anderson will be In charge of the camp and the various activities, which will ho both recreational and educational. The $5.00 fee, which the boys have to pay in order to go, includes the board, lodging and camp training. A full week of aclivily ban been planned, and the boys are promised the best, time of their life at the Camp. It is urged that all boy scouts going on the trip attend regular Priesthood and union meeting Sunday, Sun-day, July 14, to receive furl her instruction in-struction regarding the ou'ing. |
