' j Other cases having come up this month and disposed of are Boyd Bax-j Bax-j ter arrested and convicted on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was fined ?5 or three days In jail. The arrest wa.s made July Cth. j Ccorge Clark was also arrested July 6:h on a charge of liquor posses-J i sion. some moonshine having been found in his room by the officers. He was found guilty on the charge and fined sixty-five dollars or thirty-five days. J |
