Show CHIEF JUSTICE FULLER LEFT A MILLION DOLLARS Chicago, July 11. Under the terms of the will of tho late Melville W. Fuller, chief Justice of the supremo court of the United States, which was filed today in the probate court here, tho children of the Jurist and their direct heirs will Bhare equally in the division of his estate, which is estimated esti-mated to be nearly $1,000,000. Tho document provides that the property, which includes real estato valued at $300,000. be held in trust for the heirs during the lifetime of the children. S. S. Gregory, a Chicago lawyer, and the Merchants Loan & Trust company, com-pany, are named aa trustees. The will is of noticeable brevity, and was executed in Washington February 10, 1910. |
