AUSTRIANS ARE VANDALS ROME, Dec 5 New particulars are given of Austrian vandalism with tho recovery of the Invaded territory by Italy. In Udlno the Minerva theater was burned, the fire having been started start-ed by the Austro-German soldiers. In the square the Hotel d'ltalia was damaged, dam-aged, tho left side being reduced to a pile of ruins. The Augell palnce and the palace of tho mayor, Pecile were razd. Thc Gaspardis houses were dismantled. dis-mantled. In the Mercato Vecchio thc Pluzzl property and thc Del Torso house suffered suf-fered the same fate. In the suburb of Aquileis the Volpe, Kiccloli Glacomelll houses and the Caligarls establishment were wiped out Altogether sixty houses were razed.
