OCR Text	Show Bill Fosters Sign Agreement for an Increase of Wages BOSTON, Dec. 4. The International Internation-al Alliance of Bill Posters and Billers and the managers of practically all circuses cir-cuses have signed a two-year wage agreement giving the men an Increase ot 33 1-3 per cent, it was announced today at the closing session of the an-nual an-nual convontlon ot the alliance. The agreement went Into effect December De-cember 2. The advance amounts to a 25 per cent increase in pay, the remainder re-mainder being for increased traveling j expenses.
