Show DOCKSTADER DIED DF 1 NATURAL CAUSES IS VERDICT Timt Wesley Dockstader of Brigham City came to his death from natural causes was the verdict rendered by ihe coroner's jury today. The jury was composed of A, T. Hestmark. D W. Ellis and E. W. Cannady and the Inquest was conducted by County At-torney At-torney Joseph Evans, before Coroner George S. Barker. Dockstader died last Saturday night while on his way to Ogden. from Sail Lake City, in an automobile with Mr. and Mrs. Kosa Reed and Mlb6 Marcelle Del Hoya. The verdict of the jury exonerates theue threo from blnme in connection with tho death of their traveling companion. The major portion of the testimony in the case was submitted and reviewed, Tuesday. At that time there was some doubt as to what had become of the dead man's watch, his watch chain having been found, attached to hip vest, by the undertaker. This morning, A. E. Davis of the Western Motor Car company of Salt Lake, brought the watch into court and testified tes-tified that the owner had left it at his garage as security for the payment pay-ment of charges incidental to the repairing re-pairing of Reed's automobile which had been broken while being operated by Dockstader This cleared up all suspicious circumstances in connection connec-tion with the case. |
