WILLIAMS IS A CAUDATE FOR RECORDER A map who promises to come out a winner at the convention is Fred D. Williams. Mr. Williams has the Indorsement of Weber county voters for the office of recorder. As Mr. Williams has never held any public office his ability for doing things can be better judged by the fact that he promoted the band concerts con-certs in the city hall park which so many people enjoyed this summer.
