Show GETTING OUT OF I CONSTANTINOPLE . London, Nov. 1, 5:50 p m. Router's Rou-ter's Rotterdam correspondent sends a telegram received in Amsterdam ftom Berlin which says that during the last few days British, French and Russian subjects have hastily left Constantinople. "The Russian ambassador," the dispatch dis-patch from Berlin says, "advised all Russian subjects to depart immediately imme-diately from Constantinople, and the British ambassador sent his family Lome. Many enthusiastic demonstrations demonstra-tions have tnken place In the streets of Constantinople. "The sultan has notified all the powers that the British attitude toward to-ward Egypt prevented the execution of his sovereign rights and that the khtdive will demand of Great Britain v an explanation of her action."
