Show NEW HAVEN MEN ARE INDICTED Twenty-one Directors of Railroad Rail-road Company Face United Uni-ted States Criminal Charges. New York, Nov. 2 Criminal indictments in-dictments were returned today by the United states grand jury against 21 directors and former directors of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad company, including William Rockefeller. Theodore N Vail, Geo F. Baker William Skinner and Chas F Brooker and John L. Blllard. The Indictments charge conspiracy in violation of the Sherman anti-trust law to monopolize commerce Under Un-der seetion 2 of the law, under which they were returned the maximum penalty pen-alty upon conviction is one vear Imprisonment Im-prisonment and $5000 fine List of Indicted.
