Show Deaths and Funerals NEAL The funeral .of Charles Neal was held yesterday afternoon iu Plain City meeting houre. Bishop Gilbert Thatcher presided and the spenkers were W Fishburn. William L Stewart, Bishop G. M Bramwell, P. M Folkman, George I. Folkmnn. Alvln Smith and bihn England. Miss Bertha Robson sang "O My Pnther"; Miss Esther Ipson sang "Joseph Smith's first prayer." Miss Magpie Sanfer phi l- 'The Homeland" and The Perfect Day.-' and the ward choir anc seoral hymns. The Inter ment was made in the Plain City eemeterv, the grave being dedicated by Bishop Thatcher. NEWELL The bod of W D. Newell New-ell was shipped to Offeo, Wisconsin yesterdav, where a sister of the dead man resides CARPENTER Giis Carpenter, .a Southern Pacific dlnlnp car waiter, died yesterday at the Dee hospital He was taken ill while on the road between Oakland and Ogden and upon up-on arriving here was taken to the hospital, where he died a short time later He was 10 years old.
