Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The. following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and extend water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-7771 (73-1192) U.S.A., Bureau of Land Management, P.O. Box 729, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the place of June 5, 1964, and extension requests No. 229 was filed to cover the period of June 1964 to Mar. 19, 1974 and this extension of time is now requested to and including March 7, 1979. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before May 18, 1974. Limb, 500 N. 300 W., Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion of 2.92 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Diligence Claim 75-1045. The water has been diverted from a 4-inch well at a point S. 1160 ft. and E. 1250 ft. from N'4 Cor. Sec. 23, T32S, R8W; and used for the domestic purposes of two families and stockwatering of 50 cattle and 2 horses in NW'NEU Sec. 23, T32S, R8W. Hereafter, 2.92 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 400-500 ft. deep at a point E. 510 ft. and S. 400 ft. from N U Cor. Sec. 23, T32S, R8W; and used same as heretofore. a-7801 (75-1467) Merle M. Allton, Box 44, Summit, Utah 84772, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.73 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 39554. The water was to have been diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point S. 490 ft. and E. 45 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 36, T34S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family in NW.1SW4 Sec. 36; NESE'i Sec. 35, T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 0.73 Ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 6-inch well, 204 ft. deep at a point S. 310 ft. and E. 225 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 17, T34S, R9W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.182 acs. in NW'.SW'4, SW4SW4 Sec. 17, T34S, R9W. Ext. 287 ( 71-583) John M. McGarry, etal, Beryl, Utah 84714 has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 479.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 15654 (71-583). The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 194 ft. deep at a point S. 2040 ft. and E. 190 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R17W; and used for the irrigation of 120 acs. in NW', Sec. 1, T35S, R17W, and was last beneficially used October Oc-tober 31, 1959, and extension requests Nos. 165 and 230 have been filed to cover the period from October 1959 to March 19, 1974, and this extension of time is now requested to and including March 7, 1979. Ext. 288 ( 71-1258) John M. McGarry (two thirds int.) and Miriam A. McGarry (one third int.). Beryl, Utah 84714 has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 266.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 16525 ( 71-1258). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 224 ft. deep at a point S. 1900 ft. and W. 1165 ft. from N' Cor. Sec. 22. T35S. R17W; and used for the irrigation of 66.5 acs. in E'aNWU Sec. 22, T35S, R17W, and was last beneficially used on |
