N. Williams and girls. Cherie and Peggy Sue Riddle of Cedar City spent the weekend herewith their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams. LaDene and Harlan Walker of Cedar City visited a short time with Mr. and Mrs. Chester Williams. "They were on their way to spend a week visiting in Mesa, Airz. with their daughter By Carina Williams Mrs. Arvilla Woodbury had many of family members with her Sat. to help celebrate her birthday. Those who came from Las Vegas were Lorraine and Bill Godown, Mrs. Rauna .Foremaster and children, Kimball Woodbury, wife and baby boy and his wife's sister all from Korea. Jack and Carol Pollock from Orem, Irene and Denor Polloch St. George, and Clair and Freda Woodbury, Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs, Russell Davis and family of Salt Lake City spent Sat. and Sun. here with thpir mrpnts Mr. and Mrs. Rosemary Ence, Stewart Chrlstensen, Mark Polloch, Leon Reeves , Joseph Williams atv tended the basketball tournament tour-nament in Provo last weekend. David Ence took his sister Rosemary and Nancy Bauer .to the tournament then came back to Fillmore and spent the night with Kenny and Augie Williams and girls. Gwen Davis, James and Thelma Lovell visited Thurs. evening with Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Finn of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Finn is the daughter of the late uncle Dan and aunt Hulda Webster Friday Mr3. Betty Reeves and . Virgil Davis. Russell just recently moved to Salt Lake City. He has a job at the State Capitol. , Mr. and Mrs. Verl Beckstead , were in Toquerville Thursday to attend funeral services for Sylvia Klienman. Verl acted as I pallbearer. Mrs. Klienman was I his aunt. ' Construction was started I Monday on a new home for Mr. ' and Mrs. J. F. Williams. The Williams are very happy they have been waiting so long for this home. Many of our Ward members travel to St. George every week to do Temple work. They are too numerous to mention without missing someone. Lou Ella and Rosalie Hawkins spent Wednesday in St. George with Betty and Larry Reeves and family. It was Betty's birthday. Mr. Denor Polloch started work this week on his big new home located just below the j famous little red hill east of t Kanarra. Jack Christensen made a trip to Disneyland last week with the members' of : the Special Education classes in Iron : County. Jack belongs to a class called the "American Eagles" , which originated the idea of the trip and raised funds by car wash ' and raffling off a quilt. Mrs. Irene Davis came home last week after spending a couple of months in the Valley View .: Medical Center.
