Show Color Canyons Aviation Open House Delightful, warm weather greeted a good-sized crowd at the open house for Color Canyons Aviation at the Cedar City Airport Saturday. Satur-day. Highlights of the day were glider and plane rides for the public, and parachuting demonstrations by the Ozone Skydivers. Jack Butler, an aerobatic stunt pilot from Salt Lake City also put on a show in his little Pitts aerobatic plane. Jumping with the parachute group were Mike Windsor, Mike Wilson, Dan Sullivan and Bill Cabot of Cedar City. In a second jump, Jay Dumphy and Steve Weaver, Cedar City, also participated. Those attending the air-show-open house were also able to tour the planes present, including Army transports. |
