The Heber Lund family of Cedar City was there for several days and the Steve Halversen and Victor Smith family completed com-pleted the group. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Arm-brust Arm-brust of Boulder City, Nev. visited here with the Lunds on May 27 and Mrs. Arm-brust Arm-brust accompanied the Lunds north before Roene and Wilson returned home they helped the Halversen family move to Woods Cross. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Smith of Sandy were, here on May The Thomas Davenport family organization held a reunion in the Paragonah Ward Cultural Hall on Memorial Day. Around 200 relatives were together for the event which began with a noon luncheon and was followed by a program, business meeting and visiting. The Myron and Mary Davenport Jones family was in charge of the program and honored their mother as part of their presentation, Mrs. Louise Marsden Bluhm of Salt Lake City is president of the organization. 29 for a visit with his mother, Mrs. Iras Jones. They took her to St, George for an evening accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Warren Smith cf Cedar City. Robin Lamoreaux of Orem visited here overnight Sat. with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lamoreaux. His eldest daughters Monique and Michelle had spent the week in the area and he took them home on Sun. John and Kay Lister had holiday visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lister and family and Mr. and Mrs. Alan Lister and children were here from Washington overnight and the Arnold Lister family of Price was here for three days. Mr. and Mrs. Bish Parker and Patty of Flagstaff, Ariz, visited here Memorial Day weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Orlo Topham. Mr. and Mrs. William Williamson had their entire family with them during the past week. George and Linda and their two little boys were here from . Montpelier, Idaho, visited in ' Cedar City and Las Vegas and were here again the first weekend of June. A group of Aaronic Priesthood fellows and young ladies were to St. George Fri. and Sat. to attend at-tend a Youth Conference held at Dixie College, the St. George Temple and Snows ' Canyon. Those who made the trip were Lisa, DeAnn, Tammy, Beverly, Mary, Ricky and Todd Robinson, Donna and Richard Abbott, Gorden, Mark and Sherri Judd, and Norman Bet-tridge. Bet-tridge. They were accompanied ac-companied by leaders Judy Talbot, Vivian Robb and Kelly Judd. Bishop Kenneth G. Topham was with them for part of the time. Mrs. Erma Lamoreaux traveled north on Mon. to spend the week with the Clyde Lamoreaux family in Salt Lake City and the Donald Burtons in Layton. She returned home on Sat. Mrs. Delores Robinson, daughter Debra and Mrs. Irene Robinson traveled to Orem on Sun. to spend a few days with the Elmo Robinson and Arch Lamoreaux families and make preparations for Debra's wedding. Mrs. Kristine Thornton traveled to Caliente on Fri. to attend a wedding reception and to visit with family members. Mr. and Mrs. Burgess Robinson and their girls of Salt Lake City left for home on Mon. after visiting here with the K. Doyle Robinsons for the Memorial Day weekend. Miss Lisa Robinson is in Cedar City this week to attend Girls State activities at SUSC. Lisa is a resident of Man City for the week. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pectol and two boys of Bountiful visited here Thurs. with Mrs. Pectol's aunt, Mrs. Bertha S. Topham. Mrs. Rowena Stones went to Las Vegas Mon. with Mr. and Mrs. Victor Shah. She visited with them until Fri. when they brought her home again. Mrs. Carmen E. Topham has received word of the . arrival of another great grandchild, a girl born on May 31 to Mr. and Mrs. Mark Fetchner of Salt Lake City. This makes 21 great grandchildren for Carmen. Mr. and Mrs. David Pack and two children of Salt Lake City arrived here Fri. for a visit with Claudia's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Jones. Claudia and the children are staying for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lund report a fine trip to Ogden and Logan where they |
