Show LUCY F.GREEN Lucy F. Green succumbs; services held Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 21 at the Summit Ward Chapel for Lucy Farrow Green. Mrs. Green, 72, died Saturday, Dec. 18 at the Valley View Medical Center of natural causes. Services were conducted by Bishop J. Frank Dalley. Family prayer was offered by John M. Berry. The invocation was by Raymond L. Farrow and the benediction by Boyd Walker. Dedication of the grave at the Summit Cemetery was by Douglas Farrow. Services were under the direction of the Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. Speaker at the services was Ivan Dalley with an eulogy by Mary Lawrence and remarks by Bishop Dalley. Musical selections included two selections "O My Father," and "That Beautiful Land," by the Summit Relief Society Chorus accompanied by Sylva Stapley. Prelude and postlude music was by Margie Allton. Mrs. Green was born Sept. 16, 1904 in Summit to John and Lucy Brandshaw Farrow. She married Ralph J. Green, June 29, 1931 in St. George. Mr. Green preceeded her in death in November 1972. Mrs. Green was a member of the World War I Auxiliary of Cedar City. Survivors include a son, Ralph W. Green, of Summit. Also surviving sur-viving are eight grandchildren. 1 |
