Annexation Hearing cancelled ; Zone change hearing set n A previously scheduled annexation hearing was rescinded and a public hearing for a zone change was set in Thursday's Cedar City Council meeting. The annexation hearing, previously set for January 20, was to consider 600 acres of land near the north and east city limits.
