The property has been offered for sale at a price of $110,000. and the option was for $1,100. The option op-tion will expire in 90 days from date the option was taken. The company has Indicated on a number of previous occasions that the hotel would be sold, but no sale his resulted. This time, however, Indications are that the property will be sold at the prlci mentioned If a ljuyer can be found. The property includes the hotel and land on Main Street, and also the came amount of land on 100 West Street. The hotel has served the community com-munity for many years as a community center with widespread wide-spread use by most organizations organiza-tions of Cedar City, and has been particularly important as a place In which to hold large banquets ban-quets and other gatheris?. It has also served as headquarters for a large number of conventions conven-tions held here.
