Show K ' - - -- '- J Li MISS MARILYN MACFARLANE Marilyn Macfarlane To Exchange Vows With California Man Announcement is made by Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Macfarlane of Cedar City of the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Marilyn, Mar-ilyn, to Jay Hansen, Santa Monica, Moni-ca, Calif. The couple will exchange vows in the Los Angeles LDS Temple on Saturday, April 18. Miss Macfarlane has resided in Santa Monica for the past six years where she has been employed em-ployed with the Systems Development Devel-opment Corp. She attended Cedar Ce-dar City schools and the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University at Provo. She also served an LDS Mission Mis-sion to Canada. The bridegroom -elect is a native na-tive of Brigliam City. He leceiv-ed leceiv-ed his BS from the University of Utah and obtained his Ph.D. in physics at Columbia University in New York. Currently he is a member of the science staff at Hughes Aircraft in Culver City, Calif. The couple will be honored at a reception following the wedding wed-ding ceremony at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray G. Morgan in Santa Monica. They plan a honeymoon trip to Hawaii after which they will return re-turn to Santa Monica to make their home. Planning to attend the nuptial event are the prospective bride's parents of Cedar City, Dr. and Mrs. Rodney Brown of Cedar City, Ci-ty, and Dr. and Mrs. Dan Corry of Albuquerque, N. M., brother-in-law and sister of Miss Macfarlane Mac-farlane are also expected to attend. |
