Show NEWS FROM NEWCASTLE I by Norma Chrlstensen I guess we had all better quit our complaining about storms. We have been crying about not getting any moisture and this past week, that is all we have had. We might even get our reservoir re-servoir filled if this keeps up. Bishop and Mrs. Charles E. Hart and two boys, Charles and Keenan, and Uriah Jones, also of the bishopric, Journeyed to Salt Lake City where they attended at-tended general conference of the LDS Church. Mrs. Harriet Jones Kept tne otner two Hart cniiaren, Nellie Gai and Amy Jane. Mr. and Mrs. Murray Harrison visited in St. George Saturday with their son and his family, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Harrison. Mrs. Cassie Chrlstensen received re-ceived word that her son, Caine, has had to go back into the hos pital where he will be operated on his knee. His knee was giving him more trouble than any of his other injuries, and it is not known at this time whether he will regain the mobility of his knee or not. George Jolley and two of his daughters, Sharon and Marlene, were visitors last week In Kingston King-ston and Angle with their friends and relatives there. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Evans and family were visitors last week in St. George wit'u tome of their relatives. |
