Show Lions 'Minstrel Show' Readied for April 17-18 Showing The Parowan Lions Club is making final preparations for its big public event of the year, the annual "Minstrel Show," according accord-ing to Don Applegate, club publicity pub-licity chairman. The show will be put on next week end, Friday Fri-day and Saturday, April 17 and 18 The curtain will go up each evening at 8 in the Parowan High School auditorium with all members mem-bers of the club and their wives to take part in the show, according accord-ing to Mr. Applegate. The presentation pre-sentation is given as a major fund raising project of the club, with the proceeds to be used to finance civic improvement projects pro-jects sponsored by the organization. organiza-tion. Amasa Stones is directing the show and is being assisted in the musical parts by Mrs. Berta Winter and Mrs. Vyonne Chamberlain, Cham-berlain, who are also accompanists. accompa-nists.
