April Issue of "Desert Magazine" Devoted Entirely toThe Different World of Utah" Articles featuring Kolob and Zion Canyon National Park are featured in the current isssue of a national magazine which has devoted the entire 52-page issue to Utah. With the theme of The Different Differ-ent World of Utah" the publication publica-tion contains 16 articles on scenic and recreation areas of the state in addition to five four-color photographs and dozens of black and white illustrations. The April issue of "Desert, The Magazine of the West," is the result re-sult of six month's of preparation prepara-tion and gathering material on the State of Utah, much of which was written by well known Utah writers, according to publisher Jack Pepper. The 27-year-old travel magazine maga-zine is the only monthly magazine maga-zine of national circulation which every year devotes an entire issue is-sue to Utah, he said. Mr. Jensen also contributed a story on Kanab, and took the spectacular spectac-ular cover photograph of Monument Monu-ment Valley.
