This highway when completed Is expected ex-pected to be one f the most scenic in the entire west. A contract is also underway for what is designated as "resurfacing" "resurfac-ing" of 15 miles of Interstate-15 from Anderson's ranch to the Iron-Washington County line. Portions of this section of the highway, particularly from the Black Ridge to the county line, has been torn up in at least six places, which makes it appear ap-pear to be a major project as compared with an ordinary resurfacing re-surfacing contract. |
