Show CSU Radio-TV Speech Students Visit Salt Lake Facilities College of Southern Utah and the southern Utah area were given gi-ven a boost on television Friday on the "Mid-day" when students of the CSU radio television speech class' appeared as guests while touring facilities of the Salt Lake station. Five CSU students and their instructor, Prof." Heber Wolsey, appeared on the show while in Salt Lake City on a tour of audiovisual audio-visual facilities. The students were interviewed by Jackie Nokes, TV personality who appears ap-pears on the Mid day Show. They gave information concerning themselves, the college and the southern Utah area. Other stops on the tour were the KSL Radio studios and the Gillham ' Advertising Agency where Prof. Wolsey held the posi-tion posi-tion of vice president before Joining Join-ing the CSU staff. At the agency responsibilities and opportunities of radio and television were discussed by Arthur Ar-thur Watack, a vice president Students making the trip included in-cluded Pattl Lyman. Monticello; Russ McGuinn, Milford; Val Smith, Beaver; and Ernie Reldel-back Reldel-back and Dave Getz, Cedar City. |
