Show Parowan Cafe Has New Owner, Manager The Parowan Cafe arid the bu.wng in wuich it Is housed, changed hands last Saturday with J. W. Moore, local businessman business-man purchasing both the cafe and building from former owners. own-ers. The cafe business was purchased purchas-ed by Moore from Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rogerson, who have owned own-ed and operated It for the past five or six years and the building was purchased by him from Mrs. Georgia B. Mitchell, who has been its owner since it Was built. Mr. Moore took over the property prop-erty Saturday and he cafe was closed while new floor covering was laid and additional renovations renova-tions were made Sunday and Monday. It re-opened on Tuesday Tues-day morning with Mr. Moore as the owner and proprietor and Mrs. Dwain (Birdie) Decker as manager. Mr. Rogerson left , Wednesday morning for Tempe, Ariz, to spend the rest of this month Investigating In-vestigating a catering business in connection with the Arizona State University at Tempe, and then it is planned that his fam-iy fam-iy will Join him on the first of the year. |
