Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, through-out through-out the entire year, unless oth-1 crwise designated. All locations from SLB&M. a-3037 Farmel B. Dalton, Bakersfield, Calif, proposes to change the point of diversion of 1 sec. ft. of a total of 3 sec. ft. water, as evidenced by Application Applica-tion No. 15905, Certificate No. 4309. The water was to have been di- verted from a 16- in. well 160 ft. deep at a point N. 3C".5 ft. and W. 382.5 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 31, T35S. R16W, and used as a supplemental supply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 150.35 acres in SEVi Sec. 31, T35S, R16W, and for Incidental domes, tic use of one family and incidental inci-dental watering of 2 cows, 1 horse, 5 swine and 50 poultry. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert 1 sec. ft. from a 14-ln. well 174 ft. deep f t a point N. 162 ft. and W. 1687 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R16W. The remaining 2 sec. ft. of watr to be diverted from the sime wells as hereto-fore hereto-fore and all water will be used during the same period and for the Mine purposes as heretofore. a-3135 John C. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 793 ft. and E. 794 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 3. T35S, R16W and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to Irrigate 39.36 acres In SWK-SWVi SWK-SWVi said Sec. 3. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 2.451 sec. ft. of water from a 16-ln. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and E. 2500 ft. from W Cor. See. 14, T35S. R16W. The water will be pumped from the well and used as a supplemental supply from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 84.19 acres In NEVi said Sec. 14. a -3136 John C. McGarry, Beryl, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.228 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 555, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 58 ft. and E. 58 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 27. T34S, RlfW and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate irri-gate 44 83 acres In SW4 said Sec. 27 and for year-round domestic do-mestic requirements of one fam. Ily and for watering 1200 turkeys. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert 2.228 sec. ft. of water from a 16-In. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and R 2500 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec 14, T35S, R16W. The water will be pumped from the well and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 84.19 acres In NEK said Sec? 14, and for year-round domestic requirements re-quirements of one family and for watering 1200 turkeys or 500 sheep.
