Show I Canyon Party I Making the canyons ring with laughter and song as they gathered gath-ered Monday at the college ranch were the Kiwanis members mem-bers and partners. The Kiwanis Club under the chairmanship of Willard Stratton and his committee commit-tee Claude Dix, Robert Linford, Robert Holmes, Wendell Brooks-by Brooks-by and Rymal Williams prepared prepar-ed the dinner whichwas high-lighted high-lighted bv barbecued chicken with all the trimmings. The Kl-wani-Anns took over the program pro-gram responsibilities for the evening. eve-ning. A novelty Galypso dance was presented bv Nelda Jones, Ann Hansen, Afton Banks and Helen Linford. Gary Mclntyre sang imitating the noted Elvis Presley and Evelyn Jones, LaRue Morris and Beverly Clove offered a trio number. Charles Rasmus-sen Rasmus-sen led the group In community singing. The group unanimously voted its thanks to the committee commit-tee for an outstanding evening of enjoyment. Miss Luana Rae Heap, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Alden Heap, was home from Bryce Canyon for the day Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Heap and son David, drove to Bryce Wednesday to take their daughter back to work. |
