Show Last Rites Accorded Victim Of Cedar City Fire Final rites were pronouiced Saturday, July 27 for Ernest T. Clark, Cedar City, who lost his life in a tragic fire at the Clark home late Wednesday, July 24. Funeral services were held at the Cedar Fourth Ward chapel under the direction of Bishop La-Nolr La-Nolr Jones. Prayer at the Mortuary prior to the services was by Albert Clark. Prelude and postlude music was by Margaret Webster. Speakers at the services were Lehl Jones and Warren Bulloch with brief remarks by Bishop Jones. Musical numbers consisted of a vocal quartet, singing "Oh My Father." Members of the quartet were Eugene Palmer H. M. Neeley. A. E. Whatcott and Bishop Jones. They were accompanied accom-panied by Mrs. Palmer. Vocal so-los so-los were given by Ray Cosslet and Mr. Neeley. They were accompanied ac-companied by Beth Leigh and Mrs. Max Cowan, respectively. Invocation was given by Junius Jun-ius Williams of Kanarraville. Benediction was by Horace Hall. Dedicatory prayer at the Cedar City cemetery was given by Douglas Bonzo. Members of the family and relatives were served a lunch by the Fourth Ward Relief Society following the services. |
