Show Student Council Representatives Seek Books RrprMntatives of the Student Council at College of Southern Utah have made an appeal for books that might be used In a drive to supply much needed materials for the Phillipincs. Heading up the drive la Kendall Ken-dall Kiesel, Salina and Shauna Esplin of Cedar City. They have asked that anyone -who has books that might be used In the campaign to bring tiiem to the California Pacific, Utilities Co. office or to the CSU Student. Center, All contributions must be In by April 13, they pointed out. j In announcing the campaign i the students also listed five specific spe-cific reasons for the campaign. First is a need to supply tools for learning. Second is a drive to Increase I communications between teachers teach-ers and students; third, aid English Eng-lish language literacy: 4th, help combat misunderstanding of the West and fifth, further the use and love of books. Any and all contributions will be appreciated, they Indicated.
