CHARLES NELSON Cedar City Reception Honors Newlyweds I A reception was held in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Nelson Friday evening, Jan. 28 at the Third Ward Relief Society rooms. The new Mrs. Nelson Is the former Carmen Condie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Condie. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Nelson. Attending the bride as maid of honor was Merle Stone with Mrs. Fred Smith, Linda Jo Smith, and Karen Rhodes as attendants. Flowers girls were Sherrie Lynn Nelson, sister of the bridegroom, and Cathie Marines, niece of the bride. Best man duties were performed perform-ed by Jimmy Rhodes. The bride chose for the occasion occa-sion a sheath dress of white satin sat-in brocade and carried a bouquet bou-quet of white carnations and pink rosebuds. Assisting In the gift room were Mrs. Sandra Strang, Mary Clark and Shirlene Cox. At the guest book was Mrs. Janiel Error. Refreshments Re-freshments were served by Mary Gale Nelson, Lona McConnell. Ruth Stone and Betty Avedisian. Background frjan music was furnished by Mrs. William Condie. Con-die. A vocal solo was given by Miss Sandra Browning.
