Show Last Rites Conducted ! ForDrewHaight,32 Funeral services were conduct-1 ed Friday. Jan. 27 for Drew; Haight, 32, in the Cedar Fourth i Ward Chapel under the direction of Bishop Wallace Sjoblom. Mr. Haight died In a Salt Lake hos- j pital Monday, Jan. 23 or nephrl-' tis. Prayer at the mortuary prior to the services was by Ernest Wells and the Invocation at the chapel was rendered by Lyman Dodge, j Speakers included LaNoir Jones and Oscar Hulet with remarks by Dr. J. S. Prestwlch and Bp. Sjoblom. Sjo-blom. Musical numbers included a vocal solo by Clive Hartman, "Veil," accompanied by Beth Leigh; "Jesus, Lover of My Soul," ! by a male quartet composed of Elwyn Armstrong, Henry Grim-: shaw, Ivor Jones and George Grimshaw. accompanied by Maureen Grimshaw; and a vocal solo. "Take My Hand Precious Lord," by Carol Lou Mnnford, ac-1 companied by Mrs. Leigh. i Benediction was pronounced by Joseph W. Bauer and the dedicatory de-dicatory prayer at the Cedar City cemetery was by Clemont B. Adams. ' |
