Show City Council Reviews Expenditures At Regular Meeting The Cedar City Council met In regular session Thursday evening, eve-ning, Oct 17, with the reading of the quarterly budget report taking up the major portion of the time. The council was advised that 14 new parking meters have been installed. Order for the meters had been approved at an earlier council meeting. The governing body was also given approval by the Public Service Commission to cross the railroad tracks on north BOO West.
