Mrs. Carl Hazel was hostess Tuesday evening at her home at a bridge luncheon, with Mrs. Hugh Cheever, Mrs. Paul Stew- ; art, Mrs. Criss Mason, Jr., Mrs. Zealand Murdock, Mrs. 'Arnold Arrowsmith, Miss Ethel Smith ; and Mrs. Harold Adams as guests. The ladies of the Ami Fidel were the guests of Mrs. Mont Hunter Friday evening at her home for their regular meeting and social. Mrs. Arnold Arrowsmith entertained enter-tained at a one o'clock luncheon for Mrs. Don Alger, Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Reese, Mrs. Carl Twitchell, Mrs. Arthur Fretwell, Mrs. Robert Muir, Mrs. Rex Leigh, Mrs. Carl Hazel, Mrs. Arthur Jones, and Mrs. Byron Mason. The ladies spent the afternoon playing canasta. ca-nasta. Mrs. Milton Sevy was hostess Monday evening to the members of the Party club, with Mrs. Glade Stephenson, Mrs. Boyd Paulson and Mrs. Harold Hlner as special guests. Bridge score prizes were awarded to Mrs. An- tone Lambert, Mrs. Grant Seaman Sea-man and Mrs. Stephenson. The members and friends of the Presbyterian Young People's group enjoyed a swimming party par-ty with a supper at the church Wednesday evening. Mrs. R. C. Morris was hostess Thursday evening to the members mem-bers of her club. Luncheon was served followed by duplicate bridge, enjoyed by Mrs. Merrill Kunz, Mrs. York Jones, Mrs. Arthur Ar-thur Higbee, Mrs. Blain Wood, Mrs. Wayne Jackson, Mrs. Court Nelson, Mrs. Raymond Lee, Mrs. Sam Heyborne, Mrs. Howard Sa-vage, Sa-vage, Mrs. Glade Stephenson, Mrs. Fallas Olofson, and Miss Marge Marsden. Score prizes were won by Mrs. Kunz, Mrs. Higbee, Mrs. Stephenson and Mrs. Jones. The members of the Twinkler's club and their guests met Monday Mon-day evening at the Masonic temple tem-ple for a social and 'pot-luck dinner. Mrs. Robert Smith, assisted as-sisted by Mrs. Carl Wasmuth were in charge of the affair. Mrs. Virgil Blard entertained Wednesday evening at a luncheon lunch-eon followed by an evening of bridge. Guests were Mrs. Howard How-ard Mace, Mrs. Norman Heaton, Mrs. Adrian Bunting, Mrs. Jack Strate, Mrs. Murray Butler, Mrs. Ralph Box, and Mrs. Glen White. The high score was re-corded re-corded by Mrs. Strate. |
