Action Urged to Stop Snowballing oi Autos Several near-accidents as a result re-sult of snowballs thrown at moving mov-ing cars have brought about the need for action by parents in stopping the practice, Chief Tony Lambert declared Wednesday. One of the incidents involved a woman driver who was struck in the neck by a hard snowball and paralyzed for two blocks before she could regain control of her automobile, Chief Lambert said. He states that parents should strictly prohibit the throwing of snowballs by their childhen and help the children to realize the possible dangers involved in the practice.
