Show Used Toys Sought ByVFWfor Kris Kringle Program Eddie Lampman, Commander of the Juniper Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, announces that members will join in the VFW Kris Kringle Corporals program, and urges people of Cedar City to supjort veterans in this undertaking. un-dertaking. The members of the post will gather broken, unwanted or discarded dis-carded toys, repair and repaint them and distribute them to children who otherwise would not have a very happy Christmas. The members appeal to the public pub-lic for such discarded toys, that may be repairable, to order to help bring happiness to under-privilege under-privilege children at Christmas time. Any person who wishes to contribute con-tribute toys for the program is asked to telephone Mr. Lampman at 132-J, Isaac Nelson at 493-W, Keith Higbee at 595-W, or Humbert Hum-bert Rosenberg at 404-R, and leave their name and address. A Kris Kringle Corporal will call for the toys. |
