Miller, commander, Department of Utah, Veterans of Foreign Wars. He will appear before the Utah membership of the VFW Sunday, Nov. 25 and will speak at a chamber of commerce luncheon Monday. Cong. That group would legislate for the entire world. Each nation would be reduced to a mere state with trade, immigration and tax barriers thrown open so the richer rich-er countries would have to support sup-port the rest of the world, Cong. Van Zandt states.
