Show Council Marks Date For New Budget Consideration The City Council in meeting on Friday, Doc. 2, will begin preparation prep-aration of the budget of expenditures expendi-tures for 1956, Mayor Arnold Anderson announces. The regular meeting date was Thursday, Dec. 1, but because of the Lions Minstrel Min-strel to be presented on that date, the meeting was postponed until the following night. The first reading of the tenta tive budget will take place at the Dec. 2 meeting, at which a study of the needs of each department will be undertaken.
