Show CLUB AND PARTY IIILiTES Margaret Gillies was hostess to the members of her club at her home on Thursday night. Bridge was played with prizes won by Shirley Batty and Barbara Nelson. Nel-son. Refreshments were served following cards to Marcelent Mathews, Reva Orton, AUeen Osborne, Os-borne, Pat Sorenson, Irene Goodwin, Good-win, Yvonne McDonough, Kathleen Kath-leen Mitchell, Louise Englestead, Shirley Woodard and Kathryn Wood. The Lohoaobey Club was entertained en-tertained on Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Frank Milne. Pinochle was played with Mrs. Elmer Cox and Mrs. Clarence Randall taking the game honors. FoUowing, Thanksgiving pudding was served to the group including includ-ing Mrs. Ren Taylor, Mrs. Florence Flor-ence Anderson, Mrs. John Crab-tree Crab-tree Mrs. Grant Tucker, Mrs. Therol McArthur, Mrs. Bladen Leigh, Mrs. Harry Hair, Mrs. Nelson Nel-son Bulloch, Mrs. Alden Heap and Mrs. Irvin yiver. Mrs. Nelson Bulloch was hostess host-ess at a birthday party for her young son, Bryan, on his ninth birthday Wednesday afternoon. Sixteen boys and girls were present pres-ent to help Bryon cut his cake and enjoy an afternoon of games. On Friday evening, Betty Randall Ran-dall was hostess to the members of her club at her home. Special guests invited were Irene Goodwin Good-win and Reva Orton. Following a luncheon bridge was played I with high scores gained by Doro-' Doro-' thy Thuet, Mrs. Goodwin and Grace Heap. Honoring Dorothy Urie on her birthday anniversary was a group of her friends who met at the home of Dorothy Thuct for the occasion. The ladies shared a birthday cake with Mrs. Urie, and presented her with a lovely gift. Virginia Randall was hostess to the members of her Pinochle club at her home Wednesday evening. An evening of cards and sociability was enjoyed by the members. Ellen Simkins was hostess to the Ami Fidel Club at her home on Friday. A prologue of the book, "Papa Married A Mormon" by John D. Fitzgerald was read by AJice Jones, then a brief discussion dis-cussion of it was taken up by the members, after which a delicious luncheon was served by the hostess. hos-tess.
