The cast is composed of four veterans with one female part to he played by a local woman. Three of the Paraplegics can not walk a step, but the fourth one is able to walk. It is necessary to have one such person in the cast in order to help the others do such tasks as going up and down stairs, and to handle such chores as changing tires as they travel about the country. "IIe.il on Wheels" is produced by a Los Angeles organization which has made it a practice to seek out Paraplegic veterans' who were in show business before the war and restore them to their loved profession even though they will never bo able to walk again. In addition to being very entertaining enter-taining the show is inspiring to see these follows filling a schedule sched-ule of performances all over America which is so fast and gruelling that it would discourage discour-age many of the strongest among us.
