The UtatJ Copper Division of Kenneeott Vill sponstvr the Utah Symphony series on the air for the sixth Mraight season. Thirteen Thir-teen one-hour radio programs wiU be aired starting the first of the ytar. The broadcasts will include in-clude music taken from the regular reg-ular subscription series of the sjmphony, according to Mr. Romney. Rom-ney. . The Kenneeott Copper broadcasts broad-casts have made it possible for thousands unable to attend the regular concerts to hear and enjoy en-joy our state orchestra," points out Mr. Romney. "We have had hundreds of letters praising the program which has become recognized rec-ognized as one of the most popular popu-lar .local programs on the air." The symphony scries will likely like-ly be aired on Tuesday nights. The exact times and dates will be announced later. The program will be heard on KSL. Meanwhile the orchestra has dates scheduled at Cedar City on Nov. 18, Snow College at Eph-raim Eph-raim on Nov. 19; Logan on Nov. 21 and a pair of school concerts will be played at Ogden on Nov. i 28. Other appearances around the state are being planned. |
