Show "Green River" Ruling Invoked on Photo Firm The "Green River" ordinance was put into effect Wednesday by city officials, according to an announcement made by Mayor Arnold Anderson, when an out-of-town photography firm started start-ed to make a house to house canvass in Cedar City. The so called Green River ordinance, or-dinance, which Cedar City adopt-1 ed several years ago, prohibits house to house sales, and when the firm started its campaign, the canvassers were stopped by city police officials. The firm had made no attempt to gain approval ap-proval of the committee and failed to obtain a "blue card", a system adopted by the Chamber Cham-ber of Commerce to protect residents resi-dents from sales forces who go from door to door to solicit business. busi-ness.
