Show PSCHears Views On Power Rate Increase Request A hearing on the petition of the Southern Utah Power Company for ui increase in rates on certain cer-tain classes of service was conducted con-ducted in Cedar City Tuesday and Wednesday by the Public Service Commission of Utah. A wide range of facts and figures substantiating the power company's com-pany's contention that rates are too low on the specific services to warrant a fair return on the investment needed, were presented present-ed by representatives of the company. com-pany.
