Show HEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES Mrs. Hulda Peterson Mrs. Minnie Dalley recently made a trip to St. George to visit her mother-in-law, Mrs. Nettie Dalley. Ray Loe Farrow and Earl Stap-ley Stap-ley were here from Tonopah, Nev. to spend the week end with their families. Mrs. Rua Junes of Enoch Invited Invit-ed the Summit Relief Society members to a quilting party on Wednesday. Those who attended were Mrs. Violet Unlet, Mrs. Minnie Min-nie Dalley, Mrs. Sylvia StarJcy, Mrs. Ann Madsen, Mrs Ella Lawrence Law-rence and Huld.i Peterson. They all report spending a pleasant day at the Jones home. Mrs. Jones served a delicious dinner to her guests. Mrs. Susanna Hulet and her brother, Sylvester Jones', spent Wednesday in Enoch with their brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Millard Halterman. Bertrand DaUey, who Is working work-ing In Nevada, was in town on Tuesday to visit his family. Bishop Lyle Farrow who has employment in Milford, spent the week end at home with his family fam-ily and attending to ward af fairs. Mrs. Ardena Dalley has gone to Salt Lake City with her daugh- ter, Mrs. Marie Crawford, who has been here for a short visit with relatives. Mrs. Dalley plans to spend the winter months in northern Utah. Nelson Madsen accompalnedf his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Madsen, to SpringvUle where they will visit with relatives. Kent Hulet of Richfield, was here over the week end visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet. Mr and Mrs David L Sargent of Cedar City w"re speakers in Sacrament meting here Sunday. Mrs. Hannah Davis of Kanar-raville Kanar-raville is visiting here with bcr son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Rudger Fife, while Mrs. Fife is ill with mumps. Mrs. Helen Dalton of Parowan, took her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Dalley, to Fangutteh Sunday. i |
