Show Documents Readied For Signature By Television Firm Preparations' have been made and all is in readiness for presentation presen-tation of necessary documents for Trans-Community Television Network to apply for easement rights under an agreement set up by the Cedar City Council at the regular meeting this evening, Thursday. The agreement, if signed, will give the TCTV organization the right to use the alleys and to cross streets of Cedar City on a proposed closed circuit television station in this area. If the agreement is signed this evening TCTV must begin construction con-struction of a station within a period of 15 days', according to Mayor Arnejd Anderson. Two types of agreements for television, one on a studio basis vrhere the signal will be piped Into the home of subscribers, and another to cover the method of picking up a signal of a station or stations alrea ly in operation and then piping it into the homes, has been prepared by the council. It has already been established that TCTV has been vying for the easement right as has tho Es-calante Es-calante Service Corporation through John Rowberry and Pur-rel Pur-rel Corry. However, TCTV has already al-ready announced plans' for presenting pre-senting documents and intentions to sign an agreement with the city council. No commitment, at least publicly, has been made to that effect by the Escalante Service Ser-vice Corp. |
