Show Mobile Chest X-Ray Unit to Make County-wide Survey The people of Cedar City and Iron County are now uniting to conduct a fast tempo Chest X-ray program. This is a continuing effort ef-fort to find tuberculosis, heart disease and cancer in the chest cavity. Every person 15 years of age or older will be urged to have a chest X-ray sometime during the six-day stay of the mobile X-ray unit in the county. Since these diseases are principally prin-cipally diseases of adults, your responsibility to your children makes it urgent that you as parents par-ents cooperate fully with this program. There is no charge for the X-ray. The success of this program depends upon the participation parti-cipation of everyone. The X-ray mobile unit will be in Iron County April 14 through J April 27 and it will make stops t in Kanarraville, Cedar City, Par- owan, Paragonah, Beryl Cross- j roads and Enterprise. j Remember three things you can do: , 1. Get an X-ray yourselves. 2. Urge your friends and neighbors neigh-bors to be X-raved. j r 3. Volunteer to serve on committees com-mittees and. help in every way possible in this fight on tuberculosis, tubercu-losis, cancer and heart disease. The X-ray visit is being sponsored spon-sored by the Iron County Tuberculosis Tuber-culosis Association and the Utah State Health Department. |
