Show News About Town Mrs. Ralph Box Mr. and Mrs. Pete Gill and four children arrived Saturday from Yerington, Nev. to visit with Mrs. Gill's mother. Mrs. Albert Goiger, Sr. Mr. Gill returned to Yerington Yering-ton Sunday while Mrs. Gill remained re-mained to visit here. . . The home of Mrs. Harold Wy-coff Wy-coff was the scene of a party Monday afternoon, honoring Mrs. Boyd Leonard on her birthday. Mrs. Wycoff was assisted by Mrs. Ralph Box In entertaining at a bridge luncheon. Places were set for Mrs. Leonard, Mrs. Blaine Standifird, Mrs. Grant Seaman, Mrs. Cleon Williams, Mrs. R. L. Wahl, Mrs. Norman Heaton, Mrs. Howard Mace, Mrs. Murray Butler. But-ler. Score prizes were awarded to Mrs. Wahl and Mrs. Standifird. Mr. and Mrs. Virg Bird of i Springville spent a few days this week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Bird of Cedar City. They had just returned from an extended trip through the Eastern East-ern States. Mrs. Beckie Green of Los Angeles An-geles is visiting, in Cedar City) with her sister, Mrs. Arthur Nelson Nel-son and family. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stoker of Shelley, Idaho, left for home Sat-urday Sat-urday after visiting for the past three weeks with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Standifird. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Gillies returned re-turned Tuesday from a visit in Las Vegas. Mrs. Piatt Watson left Saturday Satur-day to spend a week visiting in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Radke and daughter of Emmett, Idaho were visitors last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Leonard. Mrs. Leonard Waiting and three children will join Mr. Whiting Whit-ing the near future at Casper, Wyoming, where they plan to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Davis accompanied accom-panied Mr. and Mrs. Oleen Davis to Salt Lake City for a week end visiting with relatives and friends. |
