OreUr City, Ut. proposes to -change the point of diversion, .place and nature of use of .45 .sec ft.rof water of a total of 1.82 sec ft. of water under a right decreed to Cedar City Corporation Cor-poration in the Coal Creek Decree dated 1924, as amended by Change Application Nos. a -988, a-1267 and a -2476. 1.82 sec. ft. of water has been diverted from Coal Creek at a point S. 68 deg. rain. Water from the three spring areas will be conveyed to a point a 1600 ft. and W. 900 ft. from Cor. Sec. 14, where it ill be commingled and con-xryrd con-xryrd to to Cedar City distribution distribu-tion system and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 for municipal pur-puses pur-puses in Cedar City. Hereafter it is proposed to divert di-vert the water from Coal Creek at a point S. 2555 ft. and E. 3730 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 13, T36S, R11W, f.om which point it will be conveyed by 2500 ft. of canal to be constructed to the present distribution system where it will be used during the same period to irrigate the land described above. a-2516 William M.
